'Harvest Moon'- Sept 2011'.
Victorian Stlye Riding suit in gold silk, with horse landscape embroidery...
Liz was married in September , arriving in a magnificent shire horse drawn carriage!, in an original design inspired by the Peacock feathers dress, a victorian style three piece. Made up in gold silk, lined in forest green silk. The design consisted of a draped front skirt, with pleated train, with an embroidered landscape with trees, horses and a Harvest moon. The corset also had a tree embroidery on the front, and had green laces to match the lining.
'What can I say? My dress was such a success, everybody said what a work of art it was!! and Paul was competely astounded by it! I wore it until about 2 o'clock in the morning and still felt comfortable in it, it didn't rub me anywhere and I just felt like a such a princess! the only thing ... it was a military operation to go for a wee!!!!!!!!!!!! Paul got all flumoxed about undoing it and in the end my sister-in-law came in and undid me - corsets are obviously way over the head of your average bloke!!!!! I am sure that you went way over and above what you would normally do, I cannot thank you enough for being there to help out - even doing up Jackie's shoes!!!!! I ask you!!!! She's got a cheek!!!!! Thank you so much ... although that simply doesn't sum it up at all; you are a very talented lady and your dresses are out of this world (particularly mine!!!)!! Best wishes Liz '
